Nail Art designs of all colors and styles are becoming one of the hottest trends right now. People are paying a fortune to go to salons and having these colors painted on their nails. Now If you are like me and trying to cut back on your spending, the last thing that you can afford another trip to the salon.

This is why I have started doing my own nail art designs. I will admit that I am not the most artistic person out there. However, even I can do these simple displays on my nails.

Nail Art Designs: Strawberries

Strawberries are a simple fruit. They a have a little bit of green on top from their leaves. The body of the fruit is red with some small black dots. You can easily do this look on your nails.

The most important thing that you will need is a very small detailing brush so that you can keep the green to a small area at the top of the nail and place small black dots on the red.

Nail Art Designs: Zebra Stripes

Animal prints always seem to be hot. Whether they are natural colors or done in hot pink, this pattern seems to be everywhere. You can easily achieve this on your nails. Paint your entire nail the base color of the zebra stripes that you want to have.

With a small brush paint black stripes horizontally. I have found that painting them at an angle is easier to do and looks better. If you find that painting a straight line is difficult for you to do, you can use nail tapes as guides for your lines.

Anyone can create their own nail art designs. From the simple pictures listed above to abstract works of art, there are many different options that you can use to try. The key to getting it done right is having the best tools for the job.
