Simple Ways to Get Clear Skin

Looking in the mirror and not seeing clear skin is something that is going to make your day start out on the wrong foot. Being able to be rid of breakouts and blackheads is not something that takes a lot fo money. The truth is that there are some simple steps with moderately priced products that you can take every day to help yourself to like the reflection that you see in the mirror. All it takes is some knowledge of the proper skin care routine and you can be on the road to clear skin.

How to get Clear Skin

Step One
When washing your face, you want to make sure that you are using a facial cleanser. The bar of soap sitting in your shower might be great for the rest of your body. However, it is much too harsh to use on your face. The irritation that it can cause can actually increase your breakouts.

You want to make sure that you are using an oil free cleanser. There are many face washes out there that also have a bit of moisturizing to them. This might be great for someone with dry skin. However if you are trying to get clear skin, this is something to be avoided.
Step Two
Getting rid of the dead skin cells that build up on your face is very important to clear skin. When you do not take the time to do this, the cells can clog pores and causes pimples to form. There are two basic things that you can do to remove dead skin cells. The first is to use a face scrub. This can be quite rough to the skin and should only be used twice a week. The other thing that you can do is to use products like Estee Lauder Idealist that work to refinisher the skin and helps to smooth out the skin tone for you. This product is a serum that you can put on your face every day before your moisturizer.
Step Three
Moisturizing or hydrating your skin is very important. When your skin is not properly hydrated, it can produce oil on it own to make up for the lack of hydration. This can lead to an oily complexion and blackheads and breakouts. For clear skin, apply an oil free moisturizer with SPF in it during the morning and at night.
As you follow this simple process, you will notice the reflection that you see in the mirror getting better and better. To add to this improvement, you can do other things like drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy diet to help yourself to looking your best.
